This time we decided to go to Ccorao, an urban centre that belongs to the district of San Sebastian, outside Cusco city, riding down the hill through ‘Bosque Encantado.’ which in fact is an amazing route. Once in Ccorao, we returned to the starting point and this time in direction to Inkilltambo as our next destination.
Inkilltambo is one of the lesser-known tourist attractions of Cusco. It is located within the archaeological park of Sacsayhuaman, which is believed to be a religious sanctuary built by the Inca Wiracocha. Personally, it was my first time there and I was taken aback by its beauty and peacefulness, totally a breathtaking place which would become my favourite later.
However, nature would have more for us in that only afternoon. At the end of our adventure, a radiant full moon would surprise us raising from behind the hills, it was a unique spectacle
