We took a car that took us in the direction of Sicuani and stopped in Checacupe. The first thing that called our attention was this astonishing bridge stone made that according to its characteristics seems to be built in the colony. The urban centre of Checacupe is a picturesque one, so we took the chance of spending the morning and the afternoon walking in its beautiful streets. We came across a small park built of recycled tyres, where we had some fun and took some pictures and after that, we decided to go to the river to relax and enjoy the sunset.
Something is still pending here because we were told by the locals that there is a lagoon some metres in on the road, so we’ll be back
